Blue Rhapsody use the Gunite pressure applied process, especially developed by the Civil Engineering Industry for projects where extreme strength and durability is essential.
The pool excavation is lined with a reinforcement of individually tied high tensile steel bars in accordance with the structural specification required for your particular pool.
The Gunite concrete is then mixed dry and pumped through flexible pipes to the Gunite equipment where water is added gradually to ensure accurate control. The mix is then sprayed at high pressure on to the steel reinforcing resulting in a monolithic pool shell.
This means that there is no limitation to the shape or depth of the pool, with no joins or weak points and will last a lifetime - backed by our 10 year structural guarantee.
